Should a hunter cancel a hunt with S & J Outfitters prior to March 1st, the deposit will be returned in full, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. It is also forfeited if the hunter fails to make the final payment for the remaining balance on time (July 15th for Archery and August 5th for Rifle). Hunters concerned with cancellations due to unforeseen circumstance are encouraged to obtain Travel Insurance endorsed by WOGA (Wyoming Outfitter and Guide Association). If the hunter fails to send license application information to S & J Outfitters and/or to Wyoming Game and Fish Wildlife by January 31st for Elk, March 15th for Deer & Antelope. S & J Outfitters has the option to retain a deposit, or to credit it to another season, provided another hunter can be booked in time to fill the open space. The full cost of the hunt is also forfeited if the hunter cancels after July 1st. If the hunter fails to make the final payment, or the final payment is late, a 10% late fee will be added to the cost of the hunt, and S & J Outfitters has the option to retain the deposit and cancel the hunt. Rates and Policies are subject to change.

Within 15 days of booking a hunt, a $750.00 deposit for each species that you are booking to hunt is required. The deposit can be cash, personal check, certified check, or money order. S & J Outfitters is not responsible for cash being sent via mail. All hunts based on one guide and two hunters. Booking dates are on a first come first serve basis. Upon notice that you become successful the balance of 50% of the hunt you have booked will be due. Within 45 days of the clients starting hunt date, all remaining fees shall be paid in full to S & J Outfitters. Any money paid as a deposit shall be applied to the total hunt price. These fees shall be paid by cash, personal check, certified check, or money order. A hunt is considered booked when 50% of the deposit is received. The remaning balance is due July 15th for Archery Hunters, and August 15th for Rifle Hunters. There will be a 3% fee for each credit card transaction.
